Dear Fudgy Brownies …

Gosh these brownies are killing me ! 

Serves: 8 people or not !


Unsalted Butter: 1 cup

Granulated Sugar: 1 1/2 Cups

Light Brown Sugar: 1/2 Cup

Instant Espresso, salt: 1 teaspoon

Flour: 1 1/4 Cup

Unsweetened Cocoa Powder: 2 tablespoon

Dark Chocolate: 11 Ounces

Eggs: 5

Vanilla Extract: 2 teaspoons


Preheat oven to 350 Fahrenheit

Step 1: Line a 9×13 inch pan with parchment paper

Step 2: In a large bowl whisk flour, salt, and cocoa powder

Step 3: Boil a medium pot of water and place either a double boiler or a medium metal bowl on top of the boiling water.

Step 4: Add chocolate, butter, and instant espresso powder to the bowl over the heat

Step 5: Stir till melted and smooth, add the Vanilla Extract

Step 6: Turn off heat but keep the bowl on the stove, add sugars to the melted mixture and whisk till combined.

Step 7: Remove the bowl on the stove and add eggs, whisk. Make sure the bowl doesn’t burn you.

Step 8: Pour melted mixture over the dry flour mixture in the large bowl.

Step 9: Pour the batter in the pan. Bake about 30minutes rotating the pan half way through.

Step 10: Enjoy !!!

TIPS: Once baked, let the brownies cool a little bit
