Dear Apple Tart …

A crusty and delicious Apple Tart…


Puff Pastry sheet Dough: 1 sheet (from Pepperidge Farm)

Apples: 3

Slated Butter: 60 grams (2 oz)

Brown Sugar: 150 grams (5.2 oz)



Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C)

Step 1: Defrost the pastry sheet for 1hour

Step 2: Rinse, peel of the apples and take out the seeds

Step 3: Cut the apples in thin slices

Step 4: Overlay the apples on the pastry sheet

Step 5: Generously spread the brown sugar all over the sliced apples

Step 6: Add on top very little cubes of butter (approximately each 2 inches 1 cube of 0.5”x0.5”) on the apples

Step 7: Place the tart in the oven for 30 minutes, don’t forget to check often to avoid bubbles (if you see some, drill it with a knife)

Step 8: Enjoy!!!


Eat the tart with Vanilla Caramel Ice cream, it’s amazing!
